Simply amazing.Started this truck on the first try with a dead battery. I am impressed. Quick hook up and gave me two minutes of crank time. The device had also been sitting in the cold for three months prior to operation.

I bought the GooLoo 4000 in early summer of 2023 and haven't really needed it as a jump pack until February 2024 to start my Ram 2500 V10 Magnum. The ignition switch is a bit worn on the truck and it had stayed on and drained the battery dead as a doornail. My GooLoo hadn't been charged since summertime, but it showed that it was still fully charged. I hooked it up to the truck's battery and pressed the boost button. I turned the key on the truck, and the 8.0 V10 fired right up. The GooLoo 4000 does everything I needed it to do and I am 100% satisfied.

I spent more to get a high capacity and glad I did. After charing up which tool a few hours it easily started this Lull machine several times and it still does need to be charged. I highly recommend this and also plan on getting one to keep in my car!

These things are such a lifesaver. Just the peace of mind having it in my vehicle while it's parked at the airport for a week is worth the price. I have a couple of these & this one is about 30° larger but with more than twice the starting current & 4x the peak current. The leads are nice & long so I don't have to leave it dangling off a motorcycle while boosting. The clamps are large & easy to get a grip but the metal that actually goes on the terminals is tucked way inside the plastic so they are very hard to put directly on a battery with side terminals.This booster hasn't failed to start anything I have put it on. I did notice that it got pretty hot after a while. It also takes a long time to charge.The storage bag for this booster is very simple & large & that is a main reason that this booster has become my go-to when I know I am going to need to use it. The bag does not have any protection, though, like some of these sets. It also doesn't come with any accessories like a 12v car cigarette lighter adapter though it does have a port for one.These are great little power sources for charging or running small electronics. I was able to power my portable satellite radio & a usb speaker on a picnick table on a camping trip. This has my favorite USB-C for charging & output. It also has 2 USB outputs, 1 is regular 5v & the other can go up to 12v but I don't have anything that requires that. I have noticed that some smaller devices won't charge off the USB or USB-C ports presumably because they don't pull enough amps to be detected by the device. I really haven't used the light much because it is it isn't particularly bright, faces 1 direction & isn't particularly easy to switch on. A lantern style light with a dedicated switch would be better.

I just got this so I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I'm mainly just adding pictures at the moment. I will update this review later on with my experience with it when I do use it. So far though, the build quality seems decent and It comes with a nice case that should help keep it protected in the trunk.

3 batteries semi was dead enough the lights were off, magically it jumped it, cables got hot but it worked, so impressed, I've had mine for almost 2 years

I purchased this model for my brother and decided to get one for myself. I was hospitalized and that caused my car batteries to all die. It worked great in my Dodge Magnum with a 5.7 Liter V8 engine with a nearly drained battery. The battery was so low that the car didn't give it an adequate charge even after 20+ miles. I ended up pulling the battery out and charge it externally. On my Lincoln, the charger started it no problem but a Lincoln will be a Lincoln and the car was in the repair shop for over a month. This killed the battery again and permanently damaged one cell. The safety of this jump starter combined with the slightly charged but damaged battery made it nearly impossible to start. The safety kept disconnecting despite me pushing the button. The only was was to completely disconnect the existing battery for the jump starter to not shut off when the bypass button was pressed.
As I said, it's a good feature as someone's that I know didn't have these safety features and caught on fire when he didn't disconnect it while driving after the car started.

I bought this based on a comparison review I saw on YouTube by Project Farm. There were units that cost more but the performance in his rigorous testing was fairly equal. I've used it a few times now since I bought it last November because my work truck has a parasitic draw that pulls the battery down if it sits a few days. This booster is twice as big and heavy as the old one I had before and turns the engine twice as fast and still has over 90% remaining power after a boost that would completely deplete my old one.
It also comes with a really nice tough shell carry case and accessories that will let you plug a cigarette lighter plug into it. It will easily power my 20 watt GMRS radio and can be used to charge your phone in an emergency. It's awesome, I recommend it.

This jump pack is excellent. Easy to use with a nice case. Has excellent jumping capacity. On a single charge have been able to jump start a 6L V8 3 times and a 3.6L V6 that uses a 900amp CCA battery and only used one bar of the pack. Really good jumping power and would recommend.

Works exactly as wanted. Unlike other products, I was able to start a car with a completely dead battery. First try. No waiting around for the car battery to charge up a bit. It could not be better.

This thing did a great job but recently no longer charges. If its been off charger and I hit the power button it turns on but wont jump anything and wont charge now. For the 125 I paid for it, it should've lasted longer.Bought it May of 2023 and probably used it 10 times. ???? wish it had longer leads too.
UPDATE: Im upgrading my review to 4 stars for awesome customer service! GOOLOO reached out to me and sent me a brand new jump box kit. I thought I was stuck since I bought it back in May of last year but they have an 18month warrantee, which of course I didn't read. Kudos to companies that still take care of their customers. I am a happy man! Will advise long term on this bad boy.

I purposely drained my car battery down to about 9 volts to the point the ignition didn't even click.
I hooked this up, according to instructions (important) and my 4.2 liter engine fired up as if I had a brand new battery connected!

People here have complained about it not having a wall wort (wall charger) and I have to say that by now, most people have them for their phones, tablets and a slew of other things common in most every house. I think a lot of new phones don't come with them any more. How many does one need? I think I probably have a dozen of them by now.
I would suggest however, that if you need to purchase one, get a name brand one of good reputation! Having good circuitry there assures safety and reliability.
The GooLoo GP4000 is rated tops on line. Even above similar jump boxes costing more than twice as much.
I now have peace of mind in my trunk!

So far starts cars every time. Used it once on my car and twice helping people who needed a jump. Fired them up right away. Starting a car doesn't kill the charge in the battery pack. It could probably do a number of starts before getting too weak to do another. Being able to charge other devices too is convenient. I use it to charge my tablet and phone more than anything else. Good to have around. I recommend it.

This started a 7.3L Excursion with one dying battery. I couldn't more highly recommend this, but if it will start a 7.3L in the winter time, you should just buy this.

My department has used these for over two years now and they continue to perform flawlessly. We run a fleet of 500+ vehicles, ranging from small Corollas to large E350 vans. The Gooloo has been able to jumpstart about 95% of our dead vehicles on the first attempt. For its size, I��m very impressed with its performance. Very easy to use, plus has an audio warning if poles are crossed. A must have.

Only 2.. 4 cylinder gas cars were used and it sat for 4 days not used, it was fully charged before.
Now it's totally dead with the charge indicator light blinks constantly with no power

The Gooloo GP4000 jump starter is easy to connect and use. Our car had a low battery and wouldn��t start, so we connected the fully charged GP4000 and we were able to start the car in under a minute. It worked the very first try. It is much easier than jump starting with another car and jumper cables and means you can easily do it yourself without having to get help from someone.
I also love that you can use it as a battery pack to charge other devices, plus it has a flashlight. I am thinking I should get another one for our other car.

Bought to keep in the truck for emergency's and to jump off my tractor (I haven't got to do that yet) but I did come to the aid of a gentlemen that was stranded in a grocery store parking lot. There is a button on the cable attachment labeled (Boost) Press that and wait about 20 seconds then have the person turn over the engine and it fired right up! I got it at a Prime Member Discount Price and it's well worth the money.

I bought this only used it maybe four times because you know how often do you jump a car... The charging port is completely wrecked .. the internal piece of the port has metal exposed and doesn't allow for connection to the charging cable so the whole thing is garbage completely useless if u can't charge it and of course thirty day window is closed
.. but the thing wore out with just regular use after only a few charges ...I'm very disappointed especially since I live in the country alone and don't have a job and can't afford to replace this and am now stuck with a dead battery in my car and 200$ wasted on this poorly made garbageb

I was very skeptical about the power of this jump box. Description said it would work on diesels. I'm AMAZED. It easily started my 6.0 power stroke, and my 310A JD backhoe! Highly recommend this product. Nice case, small size, easy to use, great price. What's not to like?

Just when you don't think you need something like this...you need it. We have used this numerous times and when my daughter travels, she takes it with her. It's extremely handy and can be used for many things. We also use it during bad storms and it's never not worked properly. It's a great buy!

Followed call D. instructions, charged it up correctly put the clamp on my battery correctly and car just cranked and then tried the boost option and again nothing. by this time my wife had come home and I use my cables and connected it to her car and my car started immediately. Perhaps I just got a defective piece of equipment. But I requested my money back, I��m gonna have to go through the inconvenience of returning the first one. I��m sure not not gonna gamble on this and have to do it again for the second one. Going to Look at some other brands.

I accidentally left the door ajar and drained the batteries this truck has two batteries. I attached this little gadget to the one battery turned the key and it instantly fired up. Bloody marvelous I wish I had bought one years ago.

I bought this as our truck was slow to start a couple of times (just wanted it as a precaution so I didn't get stranded). I fully charged the battery. When my truck (Chevy Silverado) didn't start, I tried using the cables and couldn't get the handles to grip the battery as they are quite bulky and the battery was in a tight space. When my husband came to help me, he got the battery hooked up but after trying 4 times with this product, we were unable to jump start the truck. Our old jumper cables from his car started the truck on the first try. Unfortunately, I already discarded the box it came in, so I wasn't able to return. Guess I will have to gift it to someone with a small car...and hope it works for them.
